- The lessee must maintain liability insurance of
$2,000,000 for the duration of the lease.
- The lessee is responsible for opening and maintaining a
Hydro-Québec account for the duration of the lease.
- At the signing of the lease, the lessee must provide
proof of liability insurance and confirmation that the
Hydro-Québec account has been opened for the start date of
the lease.
- The first month's rent must be paid upon signing the lease
